This case is about a central figure in the Belgian property development for over 150 years. This real estate agency was founded in 1863 and is one of the main players in the real estate development world. They focus on four projecttypes: office spaces, residential homes, retail and allotment. A team of almost 100 employees are working throughout Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland, and they all share the same energy, motivation and vision. For each and everyone of them quality and sustainability are their main focuses. Ofcourse it’s important everyone knows the biggest listed real estate agent in Belgium. And we? We were happy to help!
The real estate market! Not the easiest market to distinguish yourself from others. This real estate agent does not sell ordinary houses and apartments. No, they sell residential houses! Ten luxury real estate projects had to be sold.
Our task was to bring the client high quality leads. The solution we had for this?
An online campaign with a message which was in tune with the various existing channels. We build an online campaign based on the contact form to generate more leads. But first, we changed the homepage so that the visitors immediately saw the same picture as on the campaign banners. Finally, the banners were displayed on specific websites and placements, and text ads were loaded into Google’s search results with a consistent message.
